5 paraan upang magkaroon ng maganda at malusog na katawan

Lahat tayo ay gustong magkaroon ng maganda at malusog na katawan. sa panahon ngayon mahirap ng magkasakit bukod sa mahal bayad sa ospital at mahal ang gamot maari din tayong hindi makapasok sa ating mga trabaho. mas mabuti na ang nag-iingat para makaiwas sa sakit. Pero may mga sakit na hindi talaga maiiwasan. Sa kabila nito, may magagawa ka para hindi ka madaling tablan ng sakit. Isaalang-alang ang limang bagay na puwede mong gawin ngayon para maging mas malusog.

  1. Maging malinis

Ang kalinisan ang isa sa pinaka mahalagang dapat gawin, Maging malinis hindi lang sa pangangatawan dapat maging malinis din tayo sa ating kapaligiran. Wag natin kalimutan na maghugas ng kamay kapag tayo ay humawak ng pera o ano mang bagay na alam natin na maari tayong makakuha ng sakit.

2. Úminom ng 8 hanggang sampu araw araw

Kailangan ng ating katawan ang 8 hanggang 10 basong tubig sa maghapon. Nililinis ng tubig ang mga dumi natin sa katawan. Makaiiwas tayo sa bato sa bato (kidney stones) at impeksiyon sa kidney. Nakababawas din ng pangangasim ng sikmura ang tubig.Sa mga kababaihan, uminom ng sapat na tubig para hindi kumulubot ang iyong mukha. Panlaban sa wrinkles ang pag-inom ng tubig.

3. Kumain ng masustansyang pagkain

Para maging malusog, napakahalaga ang tamang nutrisyon, at para sa tamang nutrisyon, kailangan ang masustansiya at balanseng pagkain. Baka kailangan mong suriin ang asin, taba, at asukal na pumapasok sa iyong katawan, at kontrolin ang dami ng iyong kinakain. Kumain ng iba’t ibang klase ng prutas at gulay. 

4.Mag- ehersisyo

Pumili ng aktibidad na maeenjoy mo . Puwede mong subukan ang basketball, tennis, soccer, brisk walking, pagbibisikleta, paghahalaman, pagsisibak ng kahoy, paglangoy, pamamangka, jogging, o iba pang aerobic exercise.

5.Magkaroon ng sapat na tulog

Hindi dapat bale-walain ang pagkakaroon ng sapat na tulog. Ayon sa mga eksperto, mahalaga ang sapat na tulog para sa

  • Paglaki ng mga bata at tin-edyer.
  • Pagkatuto at memorya.
  • Pagpapanatili ng tamang balanse ng mga hormon na nakaaapekto sa metabolismo at timbang.
  • Malusog na puso.
  • Pag-iwas sa sakit.

Week 1

First meeting on January 21,2020 we had a group activity regarding to the mission, vision,rules and regulations in Laguna State Polytechinc University. Every group should show an example of othe rules and regulations thru tableau.

Presentation

Week 2

We already start the discussion about Boon and Bane of the technology. Boon is the good or beneficial side of technology while Bane is the bad or harmful side. After that we had a group activity, the class divided in 3 groups, each group should make poster and slogan about boon and bane.

Week 3

Mam. Gallardo had a meeting so she give us an instruction to read the articles, it’s about National ICT Compentency Standard (NICS) for teachers and CHED memorandum Order no.75 series of 2017. Which is about the policies standard and guidlines for Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSED) Major in Filipino and she asked to compare those two articles. And then next meeting in that week she explain those two article.

Week 4

We had a group activity, each group should interview teachers inside the campus about use of ICT tools and Learning for teachers, Mam gallardo is not around so we use the time to finish our survey, And then the next meeting same week we present the result of our survey about the use of ICT in the teaching and learning for teachers. Based on our survey most of the teachers used technology, and it’s more easy to them to give more informations to their students.

Week 5

Mam. Gallardo posted an activity on our group she asked to search and download an application that can help us future filipino teachers. Most of us download filipino dictionary. Because this app help us to have more knowledge about unfamiliar words in filipino, and we present one by one the app that we downloaded. And after the presentation we have a short quiz.

Week 6

Mam. Gallardo was not around so she posted another activity in our group she asked to make a puppet and divide our class in 2 groups. While Mam. Gallardo is not around we use the time to make a puppet and also we practice our presentation for the next week.

Week 7

The two groups present the puppet show, our group present the tips on how to prevent covid19, puppet show is not easy for us because we need to use different voice, before we started to present i feel so nervous but in the end of our presentation i really enjoy.

After the puppet show, we present our puppet one by one.

Week 8

Mrs. Gallardo started to discuss a new topic which is Cone of Experience by Edgard Dale. Cone of Experience is a pictorial device use to explain the interrelationships of the various types of audio- visual media, as well as their individual positions in the learning process. She also discuss Brunner’s three- tiered model of Learning which are Enactive, Iconic and Symbolic.
